Synopsis

When Timmy arrived at school with a dinosaur unearthed from the past, his eccentric teacher began to suspect a more fantastical origin. He informed Timmy that he wished to speak with the boy's "parents." Driven by ambitions of establishing "a new world order," Timmy believed capturing fairies would grant him the power to rule the planet. Knowing he couldn't explain the dinosaur's appearance to his actual parents, Timmy’s fairy godparents, Cosmo and Wanda, agreed to pose as them.
