Synopsis

In episode 222 of Angry Video Game Nerd, the Nerd examines the sole video game franchise centered on a gecko. Initially conceived by 3DO as a competitor to Mario and Sonic, Gex spawned two sequels: *Enter the Gecko* and *Deep Under Cover*. Do these Gex games endure as platforming classics, or are they merely fossilized remnants of questionable design?
