Synopsis

Following the brutal murder of a staff member at the Lying-In Hospital, the team is now relentlessly pursuing the killer. Sara seeks out Joanna's assistance in surveilling their primary suspect. Meanwhile, Sara, Kreizler, and Moore work to reconstruct the events leading up to the crime.
