Synopsis

The opening of the Halloween episode depicts the catastrophic failure of the Mir Space Station, which crashes directly upon Kenny. Paramedics arrive and transport his body to the morgue. Meanwhile, the boys begin to boast about their Halloween costumes. Inside the morgue, a bizarre incident involving a bottle of Worcestershire sauce triggers an unforeseen transformation, and suddenly Kenny is among the undead. He breaks free from his restraints and stumbles into the night.
