Synopsis

Ruth finds herself unexpectedly invested in the passing of a woman utterly alone, devoid of any family or friends. Elsewhere, Brenda’s quest for inspiration for her writing leads her to seek guidance from one of her massage clients—Melissa, a woman working as a prostitute—and the dynamic between Brenda and Nate undergoes an unforeseen shift.
