We’ve attempted to view this show on multiple occasions—actually, three times—but we always stop watching around episodes five or six of the first season. The characters just don't connect with me or my partner; I can't find them interesting at all.

This is simply the best television program I’ve ever seen. It's hard to imagine any other ending surpassing what this one achieves. Watching it stirred up a huge range of feelings in me, and even now, as time passes, those most painful scenes seem different. This series has had a profound effect on me, and I expect that impact will last for many years.
