Synopsis

Elmo, Rosita, and Chris were building a playful obstacle course for Tango. Their eyes lit up when they discovered a hula hoop, envisioning Tango leaping through it. But the hoop stubbornly refused to stand on its own. "Perhaps," suggested one of them, "if we thread the hoop through the backs of these two chairs?" A shared glance of hopeful anticipation passed between them. "Let's give it a try!"
