Synopsis

In London, Willoughby offered no acknowledgment of any tie to Marianne and instead married the wealthy Miss Grey. Elinor had to conceal her sorrow upon discovering that Edward was betrothed to Miss Lucy Steel; yet, when his mother learned of the engagement, she disinherited him. Fortune, in the end, smiled unexpectedly upon both Dashwood sisters.
