Synopsis

For the programme's second to last episode, Gordon visits La Riviera, now known as Abstract, a high-end restaurant in Inverness. Owned by the multi-millionaire Barry Larson and requiring an expenditure of £8,000 each week, the establishment features acclaimed French chef Loic LeFebvre and a meticulously trained kitchen team, united in their endeavor to introduce refined French cuisine to the heart of Scotland.
