Synopsis

Gordon felt La Gondola in Derby was a relic, a place firmly rooted in the past. Its heyday had been the 1970s, a time long gone. The task ahead was to modernize the hotel and restaurant – the staff, the décor, the very food itself – and draw diners back to fill the dining room with laughter and satisfaction.
