Synopsis

Gordon made a trip to the coast to offer assistance to the Sandgate hotel and restaurant. It was the first undertaking in the catering trade for the happily married Lois and Peter, who had once taken pleasure in dining out and fancied owning a restaurant themselves. But a year and a half later, their dream had devolved into a nightmare; they were losing £4,000 each month. In the kitchen, their head chef, Stuart, was teetering on the edge of a nervous breakdown, burdened with cooking for four est
