Leslie Knope’s former confidante, Lindsay Carlisle Shay, initiates a sharp dispute with Pawnee by erecting a substantial fence, effectively barring residents from accessing a park in the neighboring city of Eagleton. This action draws Leslie into a conflict with the city. Simultaneously, the town discovers that it is Ron Swanson’s birthday – a fact he had meticulously kept hidden.
