Synopsis

Mezmeron conjures Count Pacula, a malevolent Pac-Vampire intent on preying upon Pac-Man and all of Pac-Land—unless the location of the Power Forest is revealed. Dismissed from their positions as Mezmeron's henchmen, the Ghost Monsters resort to a formula, transforming themselves into Ghost Vampires in a desperate bid for revenge against both Pacula and Pac-Man.
