Synopsis

Following a fierce defense against an invasion of Ghost Monsters at their place, Pac-Man felt certain he’d contracted a terrible ailment – what he believed was “Chompitis.” Concerned, Pepper took him to the hospital for examination. News of Pac-Man's visit quickly reached the Ghosts, who began plotting a vengeful response.
