Synopsis

The class of '62 reunion in the Outer Banks marked Roy Slater’s departure from the force and a return to civilian life after years on the force. But what prompted this disgraced ex-policeman to return to Peckham, a place where he was widely disliked? Just as Trig, Del, Boycie, and Denzil begin to believe that genuine reform has taken root within him, Del uncovers the truth behind Slater’s reappearance.
