Synopsis

In the quiet countryside of Iowa, a woman’s voice rose in sharp rebuke as she confronted a neighbor regarding the plume of smoke rising from their burning yard waste. Meanwhile, in Buffalo, a man’s careless backing into a neighbor’s van in the driveway ignited a ripple of concern throughout the neighborhood. And in Tucson, a neighbor found cause for complaint with the couple next door, who had disturbed the stillness of the night by performing routine vehicle maintenance.
