Synopsis

Across the country, tensions simmered between neighbors. In Illinois, a man consumed by rage struck his neighbor's door repeatedly with an axe. In Utah, a couple, weary of nocturnal disturbances, directly confronted a neighbor who habitually revved his engine late into the night. And in Ohio, a dispute arose when one resident accused another of reckless speeding along their quiet street.
