Synopsis

Each year, the fate of grizzly bears across North America hinges on a breathtaking natural spectacle: the return of hundreds of millions of salmon from the Pacific Ocean to the mountain streams of their birth. This vital migration sustains not only the bears, but also populations of killer whales, wolves, bald eagles, and even the forests themselves. Will the salmon arrive in time to nourish the hungry bears?
