A persistent young Japanese boy becomes Mr. Bean's unwelcome shadow within the Science Museum. Initially, Bean takes a profound dislike to the child, considering him a nuisance. This prejudice quickly dissolves, however, upon discovering the contents of the boy's knapsack: ingenious gadgets, unlike anything readily available in the West.
