Synopsis

The Grand Master has designated Cyrax and Sektor as the Lin Kuei's vanguard, but Cyrax harbors reservations about embracing a cybernetic fate. The procedure promises ultimate combat prowess, yet demands the sacrifice of memory, a complete erasure of self into a weapon. As Cyrax battles his fellow cyborg, a disconcerting familiarity washes over him. Sektor must then maintain Cyrax’s focus – on the destruction of Hydro, and not on the unsettling implications for their own futures.
