Synopsis

Under the watchful gaze of the cameras, the competitors have three hours and forty-five minutes to attempt a recreation of Paul Carmichael's Bajan fish fry, a signature dish from Momofuku Seiobo. The chef presenting the least compelling rendition will be asked to leave the competition.
