The killer of magical girls, the elusive Magical Hunter, is revealed to be Rina Shioi herself – a fellow magical girl. Driven by the need to survive the encroaching "Tempest" and to unravel the site's hidden truths, she has taken a deadly path, but the overuse of her staff has left her unconscious. Aya and Tsuyuno now seek a healer, and the new magical girl they encounter is far from what they anticipated.
