Synopsis

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer help house-hunters relocating from London find a rural retreat in Cornwall large enough for their children and a small business. The couple are shown a stylish property with stunning views of the hills and sea, but have to compete against an offer exceeding the asking price
