Synopsis

The discovery of a seven-year-old's body prompts renewed scrutiny of Lucas Biggs, the convicted serial killer, with investigators suspecting his involvement in the child's molestation and murder. Although Biggs can recount the details of every child he had abused, he insists on having no recollection of this particular case. Subsequent inquiries reveal a potential second suspect, but before authorities can apprehend him, he is killed.
