Synopsis

Frustrated by the absence of their usual quarterly $5.00 increase, Laverne and Shirley penned a rather sharp letter to their supervisor. As the day concluded, it emerged they *had* received the raise after all, but their indignant missive remained on the boss’s desk – sealed and awaiting review the following morning. Now desperate to protect their positions, Laverne and Shirley hurried home, determined to devise a scheme for retrieving that letter before dawn.
