Synopsis

The six of them journeyed to Nishina’s seaside holiday home for a swim. They spent the days bodyboarding, enjoying meals at a beachside hut, and playing volleyball on the sand. Yet, amidst the revelry, Shinomiya found himself acutely aware of his own failings, his self-assurance eroding with each passing moment. He questioned his ability to achieve anything worthwhile. A further attempt to contribute to the evening barbecue ended in failure, and he slipped away, seeking solitude.
