Synopsis

The organization known as M.A.D. seized control of Metro City’s banking system, exploiting a connection to an orbiting satellite. Adding to the chaos, the deployment of "Crazy Gas," a substance that induces vivid hallucinations, casts doubt on whether Inspector Gadget can ever hope to reclaim control of the city's financial assets.
