Synopsis

Disguised as a local telephone company, the eccentric inventor Dr. Spectrum and his accomplices systematically target the opulent homes of Metro City’s wealthiest residents. They burglarize these mansions with a simple phone number and a flash of a teleportation device, sending the stolen goods directly to Claw. Penny is captured and ordered to be delivered to Doctor Claw.
