Synopsis

M.A.D. engineers an android replica of Inspector Gadget, deploying it to rob the banks of Metro City with the intent of framing the genuine Gadget for armed robbery. While the hero is unjustly imprisoned, Dr. Claw turns his attention to kidnapping the Shah of Freeland, issuing a substantial ransom for his safe return.
