Synopsis

Faced with a looming deadline, Michelle and her editorial team secured access to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department’s East Area Rapist/Original Night Stalker (EAR/ONS) files. Now immersed in thirty-seven boxes of documents that have taken over her daughter’s playroom, Michelle and researcher Paul Haynes delve into the case of the “Visalia Ransacker,” a burglar who plagued California in the early 1970s with crimes eerily similar to those of the EAR.
