Synopsis

House and his team attend to an Alzheimer's patient whose condition is complicated by episodes of vomiting blood and sudden, violent outbursts. Separately, Wilson recounts a case to House involving a woman who has remained untouched by her husband of ten years, a situation the woman describes as a form of asexuality. Intrigued, House proposes a bet to Wilson: that such a profound lack of sexual desire must be rooted in something deeper.
