Synopsis

The patient was admitted following a severe rash, the result of caustic chemical exposure sustained at his work. Simultaneously, Cuddy received an award, and she desired House's presence at the accompanying charity event for support. However, his attendance remained uncertain; the patient’s struggle for survival had stirred within him a profound questioning of his own methods and contentment.
