Synopsis

House and his team are confronted with the case of Julia, a woman navigating an open marriage who suddenly falls ill during a date with her partner. The medical puzzle is complicated by the equally unusual nature of Julia’s relationships – a happy and seemingly healthy polyamorous arrangement that leaves the team perplexed. Concurrently, House probes the boundaries of Wilson's relationship with Sam.
