Synopsis

House and his colleagues find themselves captivated by Scott, a man whose hemispheres function as separate entities. This division results in two distinct personalities within him, and a disconcerting lack of control over certain actions. As these opposing sides of Scott’s brain vie for dominance, his fractured psyche complicates the team's efforts to diagnose the unusual ailment afflicting him. To facilitate necessary examinations, they resort to unconventional tactics to gain his cooperation.
