Synopsis

At the hospital, an eighteen-year-old is admitted following a heart attack. Dr. House examines the boy’s medical history and forms a confident opinion of the diagnosis. He then transforms the case into a challenge, sealing his assessment in an envelope and inviting Cameron, Foreman, and Chase to deduce it independently. Concurrently, the escalating actions of Agent Tritter against Dr. Wilson further erode the oncologist's bond with House, simultaneously jeopardizing his professional standing.
