Synopsis

When conventional medicine fails to offer an explanation for the piercing screams of a severely autistic boy, the case arrives at House's doorstep. As the boy’s condition deteriorates, a disturbing parallel emerges: House finds himself strangely connected to the child, recognizing in him a kindred spirit devoid of social pretense.
