Synopsis

The arrival of a police officer, wounded by a gunshot to the head and afflicted with uncontrollable laughter, throws House and his team into disarray. As Foreman begins to exhibit identical symptoms, they are compelled to urgently unravel the mystery behind this affliction, racing against time to prevent his condition from mirroring the officer's grim trajectory.
