Seeking opportunity in Athens, Georgia, a young couple embarked on a new chapter. She envisioned a home embodying the grace of the South – a place of columns and wide, welcoming porches. He, however, having known only the comfort of traditional architecture, yearned for something altogether more unconventional, a space brimming with character.
