Synopsis
After years spent running a gym in Idaho, a woman is preparing for retirement and a change of scenery. She plans to settle in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, seeking a house with potential – a place where she can undertake projects and enjoy the sunshine with a swimming pool. However, her daughter suggests a home requiring no immediate renovations might prove a more sensible choice.
