Synopsis

A masked vigilante, his face concealed by a grinning visage, has been dispensing justice to those who exhibit discourtesy in public spaces throughout Swellview. The investigation into these actions draws the attention of both Kid Danger and Captain Man, ultimately leading them to the television studio of Mr. Wallabee, a well-known local personality who hosts a program for children.
