Synopsis

A classified advertisement in the paper caught Paladin’s eye: “Teach me to quick draw and shoot. Instruction desperately needed. Will pay one thousand dollars. Only experts need apply.” The ad belonged to Kurt Sprague, who sought to master these skills in order to return home. Paladin proved himself a highly effective instructor. Yet, Kurt possessed a tendency to display his newfound abilities with perhaps excessive enthusiasm.
