Synopsis
## The Wind Bag The miserly villain Ebenezer Scrooge has returned to disrupt Gumbyland! He’s pilfered a magical bag of wind from King Ott's wizard, and is now using it to scatter the toys of Toyland across dimensions – or so it seems. His plan is to banish all toys from existence and exact a bitter revenge. Cad Waliter informs Gumby of this theft, leaving it to him to stand vigil and await the cessation of the wind before apprehending the blathering old fool. The cartoon concludes with Scroog
