Synopsis

Concerned by Hooterville’s dwindling population, Oliver called a town meeting, hoping to discover a way to prevent its young people from leaving. Lisa cautioned him against getting involved, reminding him that his well-intentioned efforts invariably ended in mishap, but he pressed on regardless. It wasn't long before he found himself, quite unexpectedly, committed to transforming his barn into the valley’s new youth center.
