Synopsis

Oliver fumed about Hooterville’s unpaved road, particularly after discovering the funds for its surfacing had been earmarked decades ago. Never one to accept a situation passively, he stormed into the state capitol demanding action. He gained little traction until Lisa casually mentioned the name of Big Joe Haney, a vendor with considerable influence in the hot dog business.
