Synopsis

Through a simple misunderstanding, Oliver inadvertently sets in motion a scheme by the residents of Hooterville to claim over half a million dollars from the Internal Revenue Service. Believing they need only correspond and list their losses, the townspeople are unaware that such claims require prior tax filings. Ultimately, seeking reimbursement, the IRS finds itself investing in Haney’s monkey racing track.
