Synopsis

Following Lisa’s demand, Oliver engaged the services of carpenters Alf and Ralph Monroe to expand the cramped bedroom. The Monroes had scarcely begun dismantling the walls when the building inspector – Eb's girlfriend’s father – declared the work unacceptable and condemned the entire house. Now, Oliver found himself with a bedroom exposed to the elements, utterly lacking a roof.
