With the approach of autumn, Monty is preparing his garden, planting shrubs and planning for the spring with bulbs. Elsewhere, Frances Tophill joins Sue Kent at her allotment near Swansea to discuss the triumphs and challenges of her growing season. We also meet a gardener in Bedfordshire who shares his enthusiasm for salvias, and visit a stunning garden in Gwent where a challenging slope has been beautifully transformed.
