Synopsis

Driven by a desire for discounted bubblegum, Fry and Bender join the military. Their aspirations for savings are quickly overshadowed when they are deployed to a war against a planet populated by aliens who resemble enormous, buoyant spheres. To accompany them, Leela assumes a male disguise and enlists. Bender is eventually tasked with negotiating with the enemy, a mission revealed to be a deceptive scheme.
