Synopsis

Doctor Ghastly’s newest scheme for global control takes the form of the Almighty Stink Ray, and with it, Con Carne intends to blanket the world in an unbearable stench unless he receives a substantial ransom and a modest parcel of land in Montana. The task of disabling this device has fallen to Cod Commando, uniquely equipped for the mission as the only soldier entirely devoid of a sense of smell.
