Synopsis

Following an assault by one of Duckman’s grotesquely large dolls, the city instituted an emergency drill, requiring all inhabitants to seek shelter underground until the exercise concluded. Unaware of this precaution, Duckman held a city-wide celebration – one that involved considerable destruction – while the population was absent. Upon their return, the residents descended upon Duckman, determined to drive him from their town.
